I SIMPLY ADORE COLORED SKINNY JEANS! The very first time, I saw colored skinny jeans, I immediately fell in love with it. There’s no hesitation whatsoever, I was instantly in love with it. Literally and figuratively, I threw my old, out of fashion, pants and bought a whole new set of colored skinny jeans. My parents were aghast in knowing about this. They have scolded me for wasting a good number of pants for a passing fad such as this. My friends and relatives are so surprised. You have really gone bananas, they told me, seeing how I embraced the new fashion fad. Pessimist says I would regret all about this when the colored skinny jeans fashion starts to fade away in fashion. They said, they are not even sure of wearing one someday. Maybe I have really gone off my bonkers. I don’t remember regretting any of my actions. I loved the colored skinny jeans that it don’t matter to me what the others would say. I’m sure, skinny colored jeans was created specially for me.

Almost everybody is in to colored skinny jeans nowadays. I don’t hear laughter’s behind my back anymore when I’m wearing one. It’s now officially the favorite pants of the year. The pants for all occassions. The clothes for everybody – men and woman, children of all ages. I would say this, anybody without a pair is “lost in time” for all practical reason. That’s just it, even my parents are wearing them. My friends loved me again. Now they look up to me as if I’m the fashion mogul come to life. Short of a small vindication for a fashion geek like me. Although it pleases me, I really don’t care about it that much. Everything is what I wanted it to be. Colored skinny jeans are great, that’s all to it.

Colored skinny jeans have weathered the passing of time. It’s so “in” you only have to mix-and-match it with different ensemble and it comes out fashionable every time. No need to burrow into your wardrobe finding for the right combination. It mixes well with almost anything. It’s a life-saver for fashion conscious, especially those with limited budget. Let me rephrase that. Colored skinny jeans s a great life-saver for fashion gurus, and almost anybody. I  don’t think anybody will contest that.

I DISTINCTLY REMEMBER THE VERY FIRST TIME I SAW COLORED SKINNY JEANS. It was then during the birthday party celebration of my youngest niece. I saw my cousin, then wearing a tightly fitting colored skinny jeans. This is the beginning of these kind of jeans. I didn’t think much of it. To be honest, I hated colored skinny jeans. I thought it’s just a misguided fad, since my cousin is a lot younger than me. Wearing something like that is next t impossible for me. I told my cousin about my opinion and she just laugh it off. She joked that I’m just feeling old-fahioned. But she is sure I’ll be wearing colored skinny jeans shortly. No, not me, I said to my cousin. Not even remotely possible. Never in my lifetime. I can’t imagine myself doing that. I wondered why somebody would go to all that trouble wearing colored skinny jeans, when it doesn’t even remotely look fashionable to me. I find it totally unattractive.I still prefer the wide, bell-bottomed pants. I like the way it widens down my feet. It will not last long. It’s just something that will pass away unnoticed. An insignificant history in fashion. I’m positive.

Twenty years after, they are still here. colored skinny jeans are here to stay. Colored skinny jeans have generated quite a number of changes and style, but has withstood it all.
